Shipping Policy

Thanks for shopping with Manly Music. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship your order.

Where we ship

We currently ship within Australia only. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to international addresses at this time.

Shipping method

All orders are sent via Australia Post.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment being received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery times

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times via Australia Post are:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Please note these are estimates provided by Australia Post and may vary depending on your location and any delays outside our control (e.g. weather events, peak periods, public holidays).

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order and your delivery address.

Tracking your order

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with an Australia Post tracking number so you can follow your delivery.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@manlymusic.com.au and we'll work with Australia Post to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
